Daily challenges.
Shake Shop is hosting the first annual Shake Shop MOVE fitness challenge, January 12th through 17th, to advance its mission of helping people on their fitness journey by encouraging the Guam community to begin the new year actively and intentionally.
Teams of two will complete a simple daily challenge (body resistance only, takes approximately 5 minutes or less). at a designated location or from home to earn daily prizes and accumulate points toward a top-three finish and grand prizes. Contest entries will be reviewed live on Instagram from Thrive Media’s studio each evening at approximately 8:00 p.m. by a Shake Shop representative alongside a lead sponsor, with daily winners announced and cumulative scores displayed in real time.

Second Place
• Garmin 165 watch (provided by Mactech)

Third Place
• $100 Foot Locker gift certificates
• One month gym memberships (provided by Urban Fitness)
Additional prizes will be given out every day of the event to the top scoring team of the day!

- Challenge, proper form, and location of the day will be posted every morning at 5am.
- Complete Challenges. Film Content. POST!
- Film yourselves completing the challenge and post it to your personal Instagram account to submit your entry for the day!
- Each team member must submit their own Instagram Reel edited down to 30s or less.
- Reels must include #shakeshopmove2026 and tag @shakeshopguam to be counted.

Tune in to Shake Shop’s Instagram live stream every competition night at 8pm to watch the judges review each entry and reveal the scores!
Points will be rewarded for:
- Proper Form, Location, Creativity & Popular Vote. So be sure to tag your friends!
- FUEL BONUS: Additional points will be awarded for buying a drink at Shake Shop and posting it to your story and tagging @shakeshopguam each day!
